The Student Housing Foundation in Vaasa VOAS has been serving in student dwelling for over 30 years. Today we have about 3,700 residents.
In the VOAS real estates there are also club rooms, storage for bikes and car parking spaces with heating sockets. Laundry and sauna are in the real estate or in immediate connection to it.
There are Internet connections in the real estates. The speeds of broadband connections vary between two and one hundred megabits, depending on the number of residents. Cabling is on Cat 5+ level, and in each work station socket there are two RJ45 terminals. One terminal is for the computer and the other for the Internet phone. |
