VOAS Info The Student Housing Foundation in Vaasa, VOAS, has worked for better accommodation for students for more than 30 years. Up to the turn of the millennium, VOAS was engaged in building new apartments and increasing its volume, but now it has turned to repairing and refurbishing the existing apartments. At present, VOAS has about 3,000 apartments – they include cell apartments, bed-sitting rooms, and family apartments. VOAS apartments are neat and well equipped, and they are located in various parts of Vaasa. The rental of nearly all apartments include a data network connection and electricity. The exceptions to this rule are mentioned in the presentation of each apartment complex. VOAS has its office in the Olympiakortteli complex, along the Olympiakatu street close to the bus station.
