Delays in fault reports

Due to the corona epidemic, the maintenance company avoids entering the apartments, which means that only urgent maintenance requests such as water leaks are handled. Less urgent faults will be discharged as the epidemic subsides. If you have flu symptoms and need urgent repair in your apartment, please report it in the fault reports section “Fault description”.

During week 13, the maintenance company Luotsi will go through VOAS sites and disinfects contact surfaces. This is a precautionary measure to prevent the spread of infection. Cleaning has also been intensified at our sites.
