Our office has been in Olympia for a long time. We have worked hard to give our customers as pleasant tenant experience as possible. Our services are now even easier to access, as we are moving into two different locations with similar services in both offices. We are also expanding our online services.
Closer to Our Residents
We want to be even closer to our residents, and that is why we are moving into two different locations: the offices will be on Hartmaninkuja, in the city centre and in Tervahovi on Palosaari Campus. After moving the efficiency of our premises will enhance significantly. Compared to the offices now the increase is 55,4 %.
More Online Services
At the same time as we move, we are making our services more accessible online. Expanding online services make it possible to make a rental contract and sign it online. You can also end your tenancy easily online.
Unfortunately, due to the corona virus, we cannot arrange a housewarming party. Our doors will be open in the city centre from 4th January 2021. The campus office will open during February 2021. We will inform our residents more closely about the campus opening.
