Service company changes in city center houses
This notification concerns tenants only in the following houses; Villitys, Leipätehdas, Raastuvankatu 7 & 11, Veturi, Kirkkopuistikko 2, Ajurinkatu, Klemetinkatu.
The service company in your building will change starting from 1.10.2021 to Lassila & Tikanoja - real estate service. L&T provides responsible and sustainable service solutions, and by this cooperation VOAS seeks to take notice to the environment and to develop our activities to be more ecological.
The change of the service company does not cause any actions from our tenants and the fault report may also in the future be done from the Fault report – link on VOAS web page. Please follow the instructions on the page, to get to the right form which is L&T:s own maintenance form.
Please notice that the number to 24 h maintenance will change.
From now on you can call L&T:s maintenance at number 010 636 7000, in case there is an urgent need for repair or you have left your keys inside and need opening of the door.
