    According to our information, scam messages have been sent to tenants in the past few days in the name of several different rental housing companies.

    The messages claim that the tenant's rent is unpaid and ask to pay it to a separately indicated account. Messages also say that the account number has changed due to the update of the information system. Messages are written in Finnish, they do not contain links, but a new account number.

    Any messages should not be acted upon and the company's account number has not changed.

    We have delivered rent payment invoices to tenants by e-mail or letter at the beginning of the year.
